Our company having only been in operation for a short time has a team of well qualified people that bring a depth to the organization. As the company grows we strive to put the customer first in our minds by adding new members who accept and implement our company’s philosophy of excellence generated on every project we take on. Mike Warner, General Manager
Having been in the electrical industry for 20 years, Mr. Warner has worked successfully in building three local electrical service companies and has used that knowledge base to bring our enterprise to new level of excellence in short order. Four years of planning and execution went into the formation of Dr shock Electric, with the focus of enhancing the value of service in Reno/Sparks and surrounding communities.
Jeff Bishop, Technician and Project Foreman
Being a diversified tech gives Mr. Bishop a different view on installations. Perceiving how things work allows Jeff to understand new technologies and there applications. Knowledge of motor generation systems and electro-mechanical equipment as well as construction methods makes him a strong team member.

Dr Shock Electric services small residential projects to full commercial design and energy savings installations. We incorporate outdoor lighting designs into a full plan including spas, music and lighting to bring ambiance to any yard or park area.

Terms and Conditions
Quotes and pricing are good for thirty (30) days. Upon written acceptance material will be ordered, work will commence and cancellation charges of 10% of the quoted price immediately applies. Payment terms are payment in full at time services are rendered or deposit with payment upon completion or a combination of deposit with percentage draws monthly on balances over $5,000 and full balance including additional work ordered upon completion or as stated in the contract which will take precedence. Past due invoices will be subject to 1.5% interest per month after 10 days with a minimum charge of $25.00 processing fee. Collection efforts and costs are the responsibility of the debtor. Credit is extended as a courtesy and past due balances may be accelerated at any time.

Return Check and Lien Release Notice
A charge of $50.00 will be assessed on all checks returned for nonpayment. Subsequent payments must be made by cash, cashiers check, money order or credit card unless the Company at its discretion accepts another form of payment. Preliminary lien information is required within five (5) days of acceptance on projects over $2,500.00. Upon full payment of monies owed and cleared by the Company banking institution(s) an unconditional lien release is implied for projects under $5,000.00. Written conformation will be provided in a reasonable time upon request.

Residential Construction Recovery Fund Notice
Pursuant to NRS 624.520
Payment may be available from the Recovery Fund if you are damaged financially by a project performed on your residence pursuant to a contract, including construction, remodeling, repair or other improvements, and the damage results from certain specific violations of Nevada law by a contractor licensed in this state. Warranty Information
Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale in writing the following warranty is given in its entirety herein and no other claim expressed or implied is valid. All workmanship including parts and labor provided in this agreement is warranted for one year for replacement or repair only by the Company to the extent of the original contract for services and only up to and including the monetary value of the monies collected in performance of the said contract. Work consisting of electronic products which contain one or more transistor or chipset or other products is limited to any and all manufactures limited warranties and no additional extensions or substitutions are herein made. Special Order equipment or product become the property of the purchaser and are non refundable unless accompanied by a written request for return and a guarantee by the purchasing party for the new condition in the original packaging so as to be in “Returnable” conditions with monies deducted from any credit for shipping, handling and “Restocking Charges” which may be levied by the manufacturer or supplying Company. All credits will be refunded to the payee of the contract within 45 days pending settlement of all accounting from the returned merchandise receiving party.
